- Physical Merchandise
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if items are unused and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or sent in error.
- Digital Products
- Digital resource purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- Event Registrations
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event start date may be refunded in full.
- Cancellations within 7 days may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future event.
- Donations
- Donations are generally non-refundable. If an error was made in your donation, please contact us within 7 days for correction.
